Welcome to Regnum EOOD, a pioneer in real estate investment and construction since 1995. Our journey began in Sofia, and over the years, we have expanded our portfolio to include two of Bulgaria's most esteemed hospitality destinations: Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & SPA and Regnum Banya Thermal Boutique Hotel.

Regnum Bansko

Located at the foot of the stunning Pirin Mountain, Regnum Bansko Ski Hotel & SPA is a premier all-season resort designed for relaxation and rejuvenation. Since opening in 2009, our hotel has become renowned for its exceptional accommodations and comprehensive spa facilities.

Regnum Banya Thermal Boutique Hotel

Opening in December, Regnum Banya Thermal Boutique Hotel promises a luxurious retreat connected to the Regnum Banya Thermal Complex. Located in the tranquil village of Banya, known for its natural springs, this new addition to our portfolio offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort.

  • Accommodations: The hotel features 32 rooms, including Standard, Superior, Deluxe, and Terrace Rooms. Each room provides views of the Thermal Complex, the forest, or the village, and is designed with comfort and style in mind. Our non-smoking rooms include accessible options for guests with special needs.
  • Dining: Start your day with a hearty breakfast buffet and enjoy international and local specialties for lunch and dinner at our restaurant. Relax with a cocktail at the bar or on the outdoor terrace, enjoying the serene surroundings.
